Apple Cinnamon Cake (Part 2)

Hello Everyone, So this is Apple Cinnamon Cake (Part 2) and this recipe it to the Cinnamon Cream Cheese Icing. This icing only contains 4 ingredients which are; Cream cheese, Cinnamon, Coconut sugar, and Vanilla. 

First, whip cream cheese and coconut sugar in a bowl with a hand/stand mixer on med-hi speed.

Then, add vanilla and cinnamon, combine on med-high speed.

Finally, once cake is cool, place icing on cake either with spatula or piping bag.

Note: I used an off-set spatula and piping bag for mine, But you may use whatever you like.

Cinnamon Cream Cheese Icing:

Ingredients:

8oz of cream cheese

2 tsp cinnamon

4-5 Tbsp coconut sugar

1-2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

1. whip cream cheese and sugar on med-high speed

2. Add vanilla and cinnamon, combine on med-high speed

3. Spread icing on cooled cake.
