Simple Mills Toasted Pecan Cookies (Review)

Hi Peeps, hope everyone had a great week.  Today I am doing another review of the Simple Mills brand for their Toasted Pecan Cookies.  I got these cookies at my local supermarket, if you can't find them, they can be ordered on their website.
    The Certifications of this cookie are listed below:

Non-GMO Project Verified

So far I love the Simplicity of the Ingredients which I am also listing:  SIMPLE INGREDIENTS: Nut Flour Blend (almonds, pecans, coconuts), Tapioca Starch, Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Coconut Oil, Arrowroot, Vanilla Extract, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Cream of Tartar, Rosemary Extract (for freshness)

I personally love the crunchiness of this cookie.  For me it's not too sweet, so for that I give it 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.  In my opinion, this is the perfect cookie for a glass of milk, coffee, or hot tea 🍵🥛.   Its a simple, yet tasteful, crunchy cookie with lots of flavor waiting to be savored.
