Lemon Cookies !!!
Hey Guys, so today I will be sharing one of my easiest recipes to make. This recipe is for my Lemon Cookies. This has only 4 ingredients. Which are the following: Coconut flour, Honey, Butter, and Lemon juice.
First, with a hand mixer or a stand mixer, cream butter, lemon juice, and honey together. This is what the mixture should look like:
Once you've creamed it to gather add your coconut flour to the mixture. It should start to thicken into a dough since coconut flour absorbs liquid.
After the dough has formed, roll it into balls and make them as thick or thin as you like.
Once rolled, place onto greased pan or cookie sheet. This is what mine look like:
Once placed on a pan or sheet, place them in the oven at 350∘ F for 8-10 minutes or until golden.

Lemon Cookies 🍪
Ingredients:
6 TBSP of butter- room temperature
2 TBSP of Honey
1/2 TSP of Lemon Juice
5 TBSP of Coconut Flour
Instructions :
1. In a bowl, cream butter, honey, and lemon juice together at high speed.
2. At this time, preheat oven to 350∘ F
3. Add Coconut flour to the wet mixture and mix at low-med speed.
4.Take desired amount of dough and roll into balls at desired thickness or thinness. Because these cookies will not rise on their own.
5. Place balls of dough on greased pan or cookie sheet.
6. Place in oven for 8-10 mins or until golden.
7.Let cool and Enjoy!!!
Note; Please keep in mind the thicker the cookie it has to bake longer than 10 mins.
